On March 8, 2019, the Defendant, without a driver's license on March 11, 201:04, driven a DNA fluorial vehicle owned by C by the Defendant, even before Gwangju City, by the 482-3 Pungcheon Water Stungcheon-ro, Pungcheon-si, as the vehicle was located in the front of Gwangju City, without a driver's license.
