Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Defendants and D, E, F, G, and H are foreigners of the nationality of Sri Lanka, who work in the single workplace in the time of harmony, and victims I (I, 40 years of age), J (J, 23 years of age), K (K, 34 years of age), L (L, 34 years of age), M (M, and 38 years of age) are foreigners of the nationality of Thailand who work in the single workplace in the time of harmony, and victims N (N, 32 years of age) are foreigners of the birth country who work in the family in the Republic of Korea as tourism visa.
