1. The Defendant’s acquisition by prescription on March 1, 2013 is based on the Plaintiff’s real estate stated in the separate sheet.

1. On February 2, 1993, the Defendant, indicating the claim, donated the real estate listed in the attached list to the Plaintiff on the Hun-Gaon Day, and the Plaintiff occupied and managed the real estate through B, which is the Plaintiff’s employee, as a raw material for the Rolosium operated by the Plaintiff and the Dolosium, which is the facilities for the protection of women with severe disabilities.

Since the plaintiff occupied at least 20 years from February 3, 1993 to his/her intention as the owner of the real estate listed in the separate sheet, he/she has the right to claim ownership transfer registration based on the completion of the prescription period for possession of the real estate listed in the separate sheet.
