A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.
The defendant is the applicant for compensation of KRW 100,000, and the applicant for compensation.

1. Around 12:30 on July 2, 2013, the Defendant violated the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) cut off the victim I, who was aware of the fact that he/she was accommodated in the H’s 4th floor located in G in Yong-si, Yong-si, Gyeong-si, and was aware of the fact that he/she had been aware of the fact that he/she did so, leading the victim I to do so, leading him/her to her, leading the victim to her out, and leading him/her back to the said guest room, and then, he/she stolen her with a credit card of the national bank owned by the victim and a cash amounting to 20,000 won from around December 10, 2012 to October 22, 2013, both at 3,639,000 won and one car at the market price on 111 occasions, as in the list of crimes attached hereto.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen another's property.
2. On July 2, 2013, the Defendant, in violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, purchased one gold sheet from the “L” bank operated by the Victim K in the J in Yong-Nam-si, Yong-nam, and presented it to the victim as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card, as described in paragraph (1).
However, the above card was stolen by the defendant, and it was from the victim.
