A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 02:00 on November 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was on the front day of the 316 Net Audio Dol-dong conference as Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; (b) even if using a taxi without money, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the taxi fee; (c) was on board the taxi in the victim C driving while acting as if he would pay the taxi fee.
The Defendant had the victim be aboard the si in Seongdong-gu Seoul, and had the victim take the si in front of the above net voice-dong conference through the response team located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, and did not pay the 14,640 won of the taxi fee, thereby acquiring property profits equivalent to the same amount.
2. Violence;
A. On October 31, 2014, around 23:40 on October 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim E (the 40-year-old) who is a taxi engineer boarding the Defendant on the front side of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Building to pay the taxi fee; (b) the victim expressed that “a son, bit bit bit of bitch,” and assaulted the victim, i.e., the victim’s fat, fat, fat, etc., by taking a bath
B. On November 2, 2014, at around 02:25, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim C(58 years of age) as stated in paragraph (1) to pay the taxi fee in front of the 316 net voice-to-face traffic intersection, as Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, the Defendant assaulted the victim, such as making the victim’s face and breast at a time when the victim’s chest was fat, and fating the victim’s bat.
3. Around 01:00 on November 4, 2014, the Defendant, while drunkly drinking in the “H” singing room for the victim’s G operation on the first floor of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul (FF) and without any reason, took the victim’s bath, and talked with the victim to show the Defendant, but tried to enter the said singing room again.
The defendant has the victim singing the victim to singing out, and let the victim sing the minutes sing out to sing the single, and let the victim single to sing out, and let the customers go out of the single for about 30 minutes.
