Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the head of the Ulsan-gun fishing village fishing village fraternity in Ulsan-gun, a person in charge of managing the work to receive compensation for H village fishery damage due to the Ulsan-gun’s “I Corporation”, the “J Corporation”, and the “K Project” of the Ulsan-gu Urban Community Corporation.

B is a person who was retired from office around September 2014 in charge of compensating for fishery damage at the Korea Telecommunication Co., Ltd. and can easily prepare the methods of preparing false data to receive compensation for fishery damage based on his/her experience in compensation work.

D is the head of M Village fishing village fraternity in the vicinity of H village, and is in charge of the work to receive compensation for damages for Mamba fishery, and it is known to Defendant B and Defendant B from around 2007.

C A. A person who reported sericultural fishing to the Ulsan-Gun Office as the former head of H at H village. Defendant E was the head of a fishing village fraternity in H village before Defendant A and reported sericultural fishing to the Ulsan-Gun Office. Defendant F was the representative of H village girls and reported sericultural fishing to the Ulsan-Gun Office. Defendant G was the person who reported sericultural fishing to the Ulsan-Gun Office. Defendant G was the H village girls and women, and the person who reported sericultural fishing to the Ulsan-Gun Office.

2. The Defendants’ violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud) and fraud

A. On December 19, 2013, the Ulsan Regional Office of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, the Ulsan Regional Office of Fisheries and Fisheries, from around December 19, 2013, entrusted the Korea Appraisal Board with all of the duties of compensation, such as the selection of appraisal institutions and fisheries damage survey institutions, and the payment of compensation for fishery damage, in order to compensate for fishery damage to H village potential business operators.
