A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the chairperson of the council of occupants' representatives in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D apartment, and the victim is the guard director of the council.

On December 10, 2012, at the council of occupants' representatives opened in the management office of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D apartment on December 10, 2012, the Defendant openly insultd the victim by openly citing that “the victim shall use the word “nurt” and raise an objection to the contents of the resolution passed by the council of occupants’ representatives, and 20 representatives, such as the occupants’ representatives, etc., “the victim shall do so.”
