1. The Defendant made the donation on February 12, 2009 with respect to the wife population C 3101 square meters, which is permissible to the Plaintiff.

On February 12, 2009, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract of donation with the Plaintiff to transfer ownership of 3101 square meters in the wife population C at the latest until February 11, 2010. Thus, the Defendant is obliged to perform the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the said land.

2. A judgment with no basis for recognition (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the defendant did not give any answer after being served with the duplicate of the complaint of this case. Thus, it is deemed that all of the plaintiff's allegations were led to a confession under Article 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act.
