A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 8, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won in the Seoul Northern District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), a fine of one million won in the same court on October 13, 201, and a fine of three million won in the Seoul Northern District Court on April 8, 201, respectively.

On May 1, 2018, the Defendant driven the CCA110S Obaba in the 1km section from May 1, 2018 to around 122, 31 meters of the CCA10S apartment house from the lower side of the bridge of Hancheon-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, to the front road of the 122 Gu-dong.
