Punishment of the crime

On June 10, 2016, the Defendant driven a CA car at around 16:07, and proceeded ahead of the E-gate D in Gwangju Mine District to the mine police station from the long-distance distance in the territorial light, the Defendant proceeded in violation of the signal apparatus installed there.
