[Plaintiff’s physical examination at the court of first instance requested physical examination at the court of first instance to request physical examination, but did not undergo physical examination at the court of first instance. However, although the court requested physical examination at the court of first instance, the court failed to request physical examination at the court of first instance, the court failed to conduct physical examination upon the Plaintiff’s refusal.
