A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim D was in the victim D’s bath at the victim D’s bath in Ansan-si located between Jan. 27, 2018 and Jan. 27, 2018 to 14:00 of the same day.
After leaving the key to the object box No. 217, it opened an object box using the key and cut down one million won in cash owned by the victim.
2. On February 3, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim’s name in the victim’s unclaimed victim (1) at around 6:00, where he/she entered the F’s female bath in the victim’s name unclaimed victim’s bath (1).
The key of the object box was removed from the room, and then the object box was opened using the above key and the victim owned by the victim was stolen with cash of 120,000 won.
3. On February 3, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim’s name in a female bath on or around February 16, 2018, where he/she entered the victim’s name in the “F” female bath (2).
After the 4th key to the object box, a door was opened using the said key, and the victim's cash 350,000 won and 100,000 won check was stolen.
4. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim C at around February 16:20, 2018, where he/she was in the victim C’s personal bath at a female bath around “F” around February 3, 2018.
The key of the object box was removed from the room, and the object box was opened through the above key and the cash amounting to 2.50,000 won in the bank owned by the victim was stolen.
5. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim B: (a) around February 16:30, 2018, within the mouth used by the victim B at the F female bath around February 3, 2018.
After leaving the key of the object box, it opened an object box using the said key and stolen cash 20,000 won in the form of the victim's possession.
