The punishment of the accused shall be determined by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

However, the sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 08:20 on July 25, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim E (one, the other, the other, the other, the other, the second-three years of age) who stopped to take the stairs from the subway 3 line D station platform located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul, on the part of the victim E (one, the other, the other, and the other, the other, the second-three years of age).

2. On August 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 11:00 on August 15, 2017, the Defendant: (b) placed in G history in Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (c) placed in the display stand a half of the market value equivalent to KRW 10,000,000 in the market value where the victim’s surveillance was neglected; (d) placed in the display stand.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

3. From January 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 10:40 on January 30, 2018, around 10:40, the Defendant reported one earphone in the street display stand, which is equivalent to KRW 3,00,00, the market price of the victim who was on the street display stand, and led to a gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

4. On December 15, 2017, the Defendant: “N” clothes operated by the Victim M&M on December 12:05, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed in a plastic bag in which the victim displayed a string of snow in the shape of “N” in proportion to the market price of KRW 5,000; (b) one machine plug in proportion to the market price of KRW 7,000,000, which was displayed on the front side of the string of the clothing; and (c) one stringr in proportion to the market price of KRW 12,00,000, which was previously prepared.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim.
