Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No defendant shall operate a motor vehicle into a holder of Bchip motor vehicle, or a motor vehicle which is not covered by the mandatory insurance for motor vehicles on the road.

Nevertheless, on May 21, 2019, the defendant operated the above van which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the roads near the D's door located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City.
