1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 184,860,000 as well as to the day of full payment from February 26, 2013 to the day of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 19, 2012, the Plaintiff concluded a sales contract with the Defendants for the purchase price of KRW 18,486,00,00 for 101 Dong-dong 1002 (hereinafter “instant apartment unit”) on a plot of land (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) on the following grounds: (a) the Defendants paid the said sale price to the Defendants by February 26, 2013.

B. On February 19, 2013, the Plaintiff moved into the instant apartment on May 17, 2013, and demanded repair works from the main wall of the instant apartment on the surface of the wall and on the ceiling, thereby resulting in water leakage, and accordingly, Defendant Earth and Mine Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”).

C. In order to prevent the leakage of the instant apartment house over eight times from June 15, 2013 to June 15, 2013, Defendant Company: (a) details of the repair work on the following construction date; or (b) details of the repair work on June 15, 2013.
