Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Non-measures after Accidents) by the Defendant is a person driving a motor vehicle with B low-speed.

On October 26, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 08:50 on the 26th 08th 03rd 2017, and moved the road in front of the “unclaimed church” in the 46th 2nd 46th Donjin-gu, Seoul.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driving a motor vehicle at a level of approximately 500 meters from the front day of any restaurant located in the Donjin-gu under the influence of alcohol level of 0.078% among the blood transfusion during the day of paragraph 1 to the front day of the “unclaimed church” located in the same Dong.
