A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the owner of the land D in Si/Ma, and the defendant B is the defendant Eul's fraud, and the victim E is the owner of the F land adjacent to the above land.

Defendant

A and the victim were forced mediation on April 2015 with the content of returning part of the F land to Defendant E on February 26, 2016, when Defendant A arbitrarily installed a land boundary mark due to the boundary issues of each of the above lands between several years, and the victim occurred in the process of removing the land boundary mark, and the dispute occurred in the process of removing the land.

Accordingly, on June 2016, the victim set up a new land boundary sign according to the compulsory adjustment, while embling up the F land. Defendant A and Defendant B demanded the victim to take account of the situation of the victim's work and not to install a boundary mark by spreading the land to his own land or another land adjacent thereto from time to time.

1. On June 21, 2016, Defendants A and B obstructed the installation of a boundary post, such as: (a) Defendant A and Defendant B’s failure to install a decline pipe, which the victim had been installed as a boundary cover before the towing, on the grounds that he/she tried to re- install a boundary post on the land of the victim’s land boundary cover; and (b) Defendant A and the victim failed to install a hack pipe to be installed by the victim on the ground that he/she saw the hacker pipe installed as a boundary cover.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the establishment of the victim's boundary marks by force.

2. Defendant A’s Defendant A’s aforementioned date, time, place, the victim E’s new chain pipe, and the defect in stuffing on land boundary, and the hack pipe attached by the victim is going above the top.
