Defendants shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are the doctors who jointly operate the “G Ansan-si Hospital” in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.

The term “scopic correction for replacing Ansan and contact lenses,” and the medical expenses before and after surgery related to the foregoing vision correction are implemented in cases not for the purpose of improving the essential function of the body but for the purpose of improving the essential function of the body. Therefore, the medical expenses are not subject to benefits under the National Health Insurance Act, and thus, the victim is not entitled to a medical care benefit

Accordingly, the Defendants received 13,530 won from the National Health Insurance Corporation as the medical care benefits for the victim, and then received the total amount of care benefits from the victim from the National Health Insurance Corporation to the National Health Insurance Corporation from June 21, 2013 to April 21, 2015, and received the amount of care benefits from H to 13,530 won as the total amount of care benefits to 984 days in attached Form 984.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to deception the victim by deceiving the victim.
