Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in driving a CFH car. A.

On July 18, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Road Traffic Act") at a speed of about 50km from the edge of the water tower to the central market.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a vehicle has a duty of care to reduce speed in advance and safely enter the right side of the center line of the opposite side of the road to prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and failed to make a normal turn to the left at the mast intersection due to negligence, and did not turn to the left at the right and left turn beyond the median line, and the victim D ( South and 25 years old) who stopped the signal at the right and left turn to the right and right turn, driven by the Eststun Driving Vehicle, was shocked by the Defendant’s right and right-hand turn.
