1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

B. 1) On the Plaintiff’s application for the instant trademark/service mark, the examiner of the Korean Intellectual Property Office rejected the Plaintiff’s request for the revocation trial against the said decision on October 20, 2014, as regards “computer software for radio power transmission used before vehicle shock” among the designated goods, the examiner of the Korean Intellectual Property Office rejected the Plaintiff’s request for the revocation trial against the said decision under Article 7(1)7 or 8(1) of the Trademark Act, which is similar to the prior registered service mark 1 through 4 of the prior registered trademark, earlier-registered trademark 1, and the “business of developing radio power transmission technology used before vehicle shock,” and “computer for radio power transmission used before vehicle shock,” respectively.
