A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 00:50 on November 30, 2013, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.171% from the 01:00 on the same day from the parking lot at the Gansan Hospital located in the 1232-dong, Yongsan-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, to the shooting distance at the 2097 Jin High School located in the 2097 Gyeonggi-do.
2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving the said rocketing car in violation of the Road Traffic Act in the exit of the Silsan Hospital.
At around 00:50 on November 30, 2013, the Defendant driven the rocketing car, leading to the course to the road at the parking lot of the Japanese Hospital located in the 1232 U.S., Mangsan-dong, U.S. 1232.

3. The Defendant committed the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act in front of the Park at night on November 30, 2013, the Defendant driven the said rocketing car on November 30, 2013, and got out the parking string of a mountain hospital as described in paragraph 2, and followed by three-lanes from the right edge of the road in front of the Simsi Park at night in the direction of the 1338-9, Simsi, YA.
