A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 01:43 on the street in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul; (b) on the ground that the Victim C (20 years of age) and four persons working at and near the Defendant’s house in the vicinity of the time zone are fluencing themselves, the Defendant had a knife (19cc in blade length) for the main knife, which is a dangerous object at and near the Defendant’s house, and knife one time for the head of the victim; and (c) had a knife the knife of the knife in order for the victim to take approximately two weeks of treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
