Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 5, 2018, the Defendant, at around 22:20 on September 5, 2018, performed official performance of official duties, 112 reported the fact that “in the apartment Cdong elevator located in Busan Metropolitan City Shipping Daegu,” and reported to the effect that “in the event of violence,” the Defendant: (a) taken a defective attitude that E would have caused the Defendant who was seated at the D Zone of the Maritime Police Station D Zone of the Maritime Police Station; (b) taken one time the face of police officer belonging to the same patrol group on his/her own, and was going back by his/her hand; and (c) around 22:27 on the same day, he/she took the e-mail and the left luminous bones of the above apartment unit to return to the Defendant on his/her own; and (d) took the Defendant at his/her house of the same day with the assault of the police officer at around 22:32,000, he/she did not interfere with the police officer’s duty.”

The Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender on the ground of the above crime and was in Busan D District for the reason of the crime, and was in the zone of Busan, from 23:00 to 24:00 on the same day, the Defendant sent the police with the intention of early use, thereby devokinging him to a large amount of interest, such as “Isia Sysia, Sysia, Sysia, Isia, Isia, Isia, etc.,” and, at the police, expressed the disturbance at the government office to avoid disturbance for about one hour.
