A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2018. 12. 2. 04:24경 경상북도 칠곡군 B 소재 ‘C’ 주점에서 ‘손님이 술값을 지불하지 않고 소란을 피운다’는 112 신고를 받고 출동한 칠곡경찰서 D지구대 소속 경위 E이 피고인에게 ‘술값을 지불하고 귀가해라’라고 말하자, ‘씨발거, 내가 뭘 잘못했는데, 좃 같아서 계산 못하겠네’ 등의 욕설을 하며 담배연기를 위 E의 얼굴을 향해 뿜고, 배로 위 E의 몸을 3~4회가량 밀쳤다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.
