Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On November 5, 2012, around 08:10 on November 5, 2012, the Defendant driven a B-R car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 5 kilometers from the vicinity of the urban railway station located in the Seocho-gu Busan Metropolitan City, to the access road to the Southern Sea Highway located in the Seocheon-dong, Busan.
