A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

300,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The above additional collection shall be reasonable.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than a narcotics handler, shall receive or administer Metropopa (one philophonephone, hereinafter referred to as philophones), which is a local mental medicine, and the defendant is not a narcotics handler.

On April 18:00 at the end of 18:0, the Defendant: (a) received approximately 1g of philopon from E within the trucked vehicle operated by the Defendant, and administered philopon by means of moving part of the philopon to the toilet in the neighboring main building and dilution with water to the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.
