A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle C in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

On June 21, 2018, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.161% during blood transfusions on June 21, 2018, and driven the said vehicle at the speed of 0.161% at the southyang-si, along the two-lanes of the two-lanes between the HU and HU-si.

Ultimately, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and driving it a motor vehicle for about two weeks to the victim E, and driving it, and driving it for about two weeks to the victim K (11 years old) who is the passenger of the F high-speed ped-in vehicle, and driving it for about two weeks, and driving it for about two weeks to the victim K (11 years old), and driving it for about one week to the victim L (9 years old) who is the passenger of the F high-speed ped-in vehicle, and driving it for about one week to the victim M. who is the passenger of the F high-speed ped-in vehicle, and driving it for about two weeks to give treatment to G, such as cromatic salt, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
