1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 50,520,158; and (b) KRW 91,457,886 to Plaintiff B; and (c) each of them, from September 22, 2012 to April 2014.

1. The occurrence of damage liability;

A. The facts of recognition (1) The Defendant is a person who operated E (the number of regular workers is employed by four) located in Gyeyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-si, and F is a person who served as a regular employee from around April 2, 2007 (the person who was employed as a regular employee from January 2, 2010).

(2) E is a place of business in which plastic recyclables are selected, compresseded, (including crowdfunding) and supplied to plastic recyclers.

In E, around June 2010, it purchased and used plastic compression machines (the production in 2008 from large-type equipment to 2008; hereinafter referred to as “instant machines”) for the purpose of compressing (including crowdfunding) plastic recyclables.

(3) From the beginning of September 2013, the instant machine began to be tightly cut down with oil during operation.

On September 19, 2012, the Defendant requested G to take ad hoc measures to handle machinery, etc. while running water collection business, and G was engaged in the work of fixing new rubber fastening in the existing rubber fastening in which the presses of the instant machinery are melting the presses of the instant machinery.

(4) On September 21, 2012, the Defendant directed F to F to not enter the ground by receiving oil, on the ground that oil is sandy.

(5) On September 22, 2012, F performed the work of compressioning and tallying plastics using the instant machinery on September 22, 2012, and reported that the Defendant, the business owner of the instant machinery, was in the workplace at around 12:30, and that the Defendant was being in possession of water in the instant machinery.

Accordingly, the Defendant instructed F to repair the instant machinery on or around the 24th day of the same month that F would not work in the P.M., but did not suspend or stop the operation of the instant machinery.

(6) On September 22, 2012, F: (a) reported that oil is sand in the part connected to the oil pressure fluorial fluorial fluor of the instant machinery by workers in charged with fluorial work on September 15, 2012; (b) and (c) reduced the oil by snoring on the floor directly without stopping the operation of the instant machinery.
