Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Jeonju District Court, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Jeonju prison on March 4, 2015.

From April 2015, the Defendant became aware of the victim E (n, 47 years of age) who is an employee while employed in the process of resolving the board and lodging while employed in the DNAel located in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju, as an employee, from around April 2015.

On June 2015, the Defendant, at a children's traffic park located in the area of the Yaeong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (U.S.).

In other words, there is a lack of funds to start the bond business.

It stated that if you lend KRW 25 million, the principal shall be repaid and 1.5 million per month shall be paid.

However, the defendant did not have engaged in the bond business as above and the money received from the above victim was thought to be used for other purposes, such as gambling funds, so even if he received the money from the above victim, he did not have the intent or ability to pay the borrowed money and the proceeds as the promise.

As above, the Defendant, as stated in the List of Crimes, obtained a total of KRW 106,780,000 from the above victim on 23.16,980,00 on 23.16,980,00 from the above victim, and obtained a false statement from the above victim on 12 occasions.

1. Larceny;

A. (1) On March 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00 on March 18, 2016, in the residence of the victim G, the Defendant’s workplace partner in the Defendant’s household located in Gwangju, Seo-gu, 105 Dong 609, and around 14:00 on March 18, 2016; (b) one 14K gold sheet (8.4 money) with the market value of KRW 800,000 in total, and one 18K gold sheet with the market value of KRW 100,000 in total, not only where the victim G had worked in the ward.

They were stolen.

(2) The Defendant is in custody of 15:00 on the same day in the accommodation for eight-story employees in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu.
