Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 12, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the general military court of the Water Defense Headquarters, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Army Prison on February 8, 2011.

1. At around 05:20 on March 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven an I low-speed taxi as a duty without a driver’s license; (b) went along a four-lane road in front of the exit of a private household located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul along the said one-lane road; (c) negligently negligent in performing the duty of front-time watching; (d) caused the injury of the victim J (67 years old) of K-si driving who stops in the signal atmosphere in front of the direction of the course; (c) caused the injury of the two parts, such as the front part of the said vehicle, which require approximately two weeks medical treatment; and (d) did not immediately stop the said taxi so that the repair cost would amount to KRW 546,790, and did not take necessary measures, such as aiding the victim.

On April 5, 2014, the Defendant, at around 23:50 on April 5, 2014, driven a car with OBW 525i car as its duties while under the influence of alcohol with 0.060% of blood alcohol content without a car driver’s license, thereby driving the car in front of the dong middle school located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.
