1. Defendant B Co., Ltd.: 340,000,000 won and 15% per annum from December 23, 2018 to May 31, 2019.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On June 1, 2011, Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) entered into a joint agreement with Defendant D Company (hereinafter “Defendant D Company”) with the following contents:
