A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Military Service Act at the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu Detention House on October 17, 2014.

On March 2014, the Defendant, as a former golf cocoin, became aware of the victim while selling the used medical appliances in E, which is a medical device operated by the victim D and retail company in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and became aware of the victim while selling the used medical appliances. Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
