Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Brane car.

On March 19, 2018, the Defendant driven the above car at around 03:05, and driven it at around 03:05, in accordance with one-lane distance from the edge of the horse to the distance from gym of gymology, since the two-lanes of the front of the 822 galm of the city of Gyeyang-gu, Incheon.

Around March 19, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving on the 4km section from March 19, 2018 to Samsung Home Town, which is the starting place, through the housing sites in the same operation Dong from Seo-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, without a vehicle driver’s license.
