C. The Defendant, before the instant construction, continued to reside in the instant apartment even during the construction period without removing the bedrooms, living room, etc. from the outside of the apartment in the second floor (hereinafter, “the instant studio”).
On March 4, 2013, the Plaintiff moved the said furniture in an apartment building to the main place and completed the instant construction work on April 6, 2013 with a cover of vinyl.
On April 8, 2013, the Plaintiff demanded the Defendant to pay 1,1250,000 won for the remainder of construction. However, the Defendant refused to pay the remainder.
