A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:30 on June 8, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.243% of blood alcohol concentration.
