1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. From May 22, 2018 to May 31, 201 of the same month, the Plaintiffs are divided owners of each sales contract (hereinafter “each sales contract of this case”) with each unit price of 238,90,000 won as to the corresponding unit of office, as shown in the “mark” with Defendant I” (hereinafter “instant unit Nos. 3”), which is located on the 3 to 11st floor on the 3 to 11st floor of the 3 to 3rd floor of the 3rd floor of the 3rd and the 20th floor building, and each unit sale contract with each unit price of 238,90,000 won (hereinafter “each sales contract of this case”).
B. Defendant I is the seller of the instant L, and Defendant J is the seller of the instant L. Defendant J is the seller of the instant L.
C. The Defendants, in the process of concluding a sales contract with the Plaintiffs on the L of this case, indicated the following information about the sales area related to each other (hereinafter “the supply guidance of this case”).

2. The parties' assertion and judgment
A. The gist of the plaintiffs' assertion (i) is to encourage the plaintiffs who wanted to purchase a large number of plane, to enter into each of the sales contracts of this case by advertising or deceiving them differently from the fact that "the number of plane No. 3 of this case is larger than that of the studio No. 2 of this case (referring to the studio No. 2 of the officetels located on the 3th or 11th floor of this case; hereinafter the same shall apply)".
This is due to the failure of the Defendants to provide accurate information on the area of the officetel subject to sale, which intentionally misleads the Plaintiffs and makes them omitted from mistake or omission due to their own negligence.
In other words, the defendants are more small than the other input of the case No. 2 and even a letter letter, and the area of the other input of the case No. 3 is as follows.
