A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Criminal facts
Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated narcotics (cocars) and marijuana as follows:
1. Around 22:00 on June 3, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariju) smoked marijuana in a way that, along with C’s “D” office operated by the Government-si B, smoked marijuana by smoking 0.5g of marijuana with a cigarette pipe, as if the Defendant smoked.
