Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person driving a B-to-pur vehicle;
On December 26, 2019, at around 22:50, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.171%, and got to turn to the left on the left of the two service distance from the bank of C hospital on the new Apaly Apari, a new car at the time of rain.
At the time, there are nights and there are frequent vehicular traffic, so in such cases, the person engaged in the driving business has a duty of care to safely drive the steering side and the steering gear by accurately operating it.

Around 22:50 on December 26, 2019, the Defendant was driving a vehicle with blood alcohol concentration of 0.171% under the influence of alcohol in a section of about 1km from the roads adjacent to a seafarer’s post office located in a female seafarer’s Dong at the same time to the apartment distance.
