Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Anyone who drives a motor vehicle, etc. in violation of road traffic Acts shall request a police officer to produce his/her driver's license, etc. or ask a driver questions for verifying his/her identity and driver's license while driving the motor vehicle;

Nevertheless, on June 27, 2017, from around 09:30 to 09:50 on June 27, 2017, the Defendant was required to present an identification card, such as a driver's license, which is capable of verifying the identity of the Defendant from the slopeF belonging to the Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam Police Station E-gu Seoul for the reason of the violation of the signal, and the Defendant was requested to answer questions to confirm the identity of the Defendant, but did not comply with it without justifiable grounds.

On June 27, 2017, at around 09:50 on June 27, 2017, the Defendant damaged goods used by public offices by allowing the Defendant to use the front part of the G rocketing patrol car, which is a case of public goods, where the said slopeF stopped near the control site on the ground that it does not see the signal violation at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1, thereby damaging goods used by public offices by allowing the Defendant to use the front part of the Defendant’s head.
