Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a driver of a motor bicycle 50 cc. without a license plate in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license).

On January 7, 2020, the Defendant driven the above 50cc motor bicycle without obtaining a license for a motorcycle in the section of about 3 km from the front of one’s dwelling place B to the front road of “D” located in the same city as “D” in the same city.
