Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around 20:00 on May 10, 2016, the Defendant ordered the victim to pay for alcoholic beverages and food equivalent to KRW 47,000,00 in total, such as 4 sick and Galking, in the “E” restaurant of the victim D operation in Chungcheongnam-nam Budget C.
