Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On November 5, 2020, the Defendant appealed on one year and six months after having been sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. from the Chuncheon District Court's Gangnam branch court, but the said judgment became final and conclusive upon withdrawal of appeal on February 3, 2021.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant: (a) from June 8, 2020 to June 14, 2020, the Defendant: (b) opened a door door for a driver’s car at the victim C in the B parking lot between Yangsan-si and Yangsan-si; and (c) entered the door with the victim C parked.

When a gallon juthm (200,000 won), the victim's market value, which was in Si Bodboard, was stolen by a similar method, from July 23, 2020 through six times, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 3.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the Mayor/Do Governor on June 19, 2020, moved from Ulsan to Incheon on the road side of the National Highway (hereinafter referred to as "Sulsan National Highway") from Ulsan to Incheon on June 19, 2020, sent off the number plates of Ddo Dado Dak-si, which stolen as shown in No. 2 No. 1 of the List of Crimes in the annexed List of Crimes, as his/her hand, by force.
