Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two years and ten months.

All applications filed by applicants for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received a request from the victim G (45 tax) to purchase air tickets from the victim G to purchase 1.25 million won per 1,50,000 won per 1,50,000 won per 1,000 won per 1,000 won per 1,000 won per 1,000 won per 1,000 won per 5,000 won per 1,000 won per 1,000 won per 1,000 won; (b) received a request from the victim to return 11,00,000 won from the H’s post office account (I) managed by the Defendant on the same day; and (c) embezzled it for the victim by using it as living expenses, etc. from the Jeju-si

2. On January 19, 2015, the Defendant sent money to the Victim G as “The Defendant may purchase air tickets at a lower rate than the air tickets previously purchased,” and the money transferred previously was not purchased.

In other words, the Plaintiff received KRW 11 million from the injured party to the account in the name of the said H under the same conditions as before his/her offense, and purchased KRW 7,503,200 on January 20, 2015, and embezzled KRW 2,396,80,000 on the remaining money for personal use at around that time, after returning only 1.1 million of the remaining money to the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant embezzled the sum of KRW 13,396,80 over two occasions.

[2016 Highest 117] On March 12, 2015, the Defendant embezzled the Defendant’s non-payment payment of the Defendant’s non-payment of around March 12, 2015, when the Defendant purchased the ticket at KRW 2,200,80 in total at KRW 2,200,80 upon request from the victimJ for the purchase of the right to shuttle and shuttle airline for six company employees from the victim J., and received KRW 2,200,80 from the Nonghyup Bank account in the name of K and kept for the victim.
