Meanwhile, the establishment registration of a mortgage was completed on the instant land based on the contract concluded as of November 30, 201 on the ground of ① the maximum debt amount of KRW 1 billion on December 3, 2001, the debtor, the defendant, and the new bank established as the right to collateral security (hereinafter "new bank"), the maximum debt amount of KRW 280 million on April 12, 201, was altered to KRW 200 million on the ground of the additional contract made as of November 20, 202 (only the land indicated in the attached list No. 3 was completed on the ground of the additional contract made as of November 23, 2002, ② the establishment registration of a mortgage was completed on the ground of the contract made as of July 27, 2006, KRW 2.57 billion on the same day on the ground of the establishment registration of a mortgage as of KRW 80 million on the same maximum debt amount of KRW 300,000,000,000.
