Punishment of the crime
Defendant C was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Daegu District Court on May 25, 2012, and was released as the revocation of detention on the same day, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 2, 2012, and the execution of the sentence was terminated.
Defendant A, in collusion with Defendant B, engaged in sexual intercourse with other unspecified male customers by employing female employees I at the Daegu-gu H room from March 2014 to April 3, 2014, and allowing them to engage in sexual intercourse similar to that of unspecified male customers.

1. Defendants B and A concurrently operated commercial sex acts establishments. Defendants B and A were in charge of the role as the owner of the commercial sex acts, and Defendant A was in charge of the management of the business establishments and employees.

B, from March 2014 to April 3, 2014, the Defendants conspired with A to act as a broker for sexual traffic, and from May 2, 2014 to June 2, 2014, the Defendants acted as a broker for sexual traffic by inducing K and L to engage in a similar sexual intercourse against many unspecified male customers.
