Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of C. E. E. S. car.

On October 18, 2013, the Defendant driven the above car on the 22:57th day of October, 2013, and continued the road in front of the E cafeteria in Daejeon Jung-gu toward the 5th day from the officer's side.

At the time, there is a pedestrian crossing, so the person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to reduce the speed and drive safely by making the front door well.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and got off the part of the victim F (the age of 81) who was crossing the right from the left side of the proceeding direction to the right, which was the front part of the said car.

In the end, the Defendant caused the victim to die due to the above occupational negligence due to the destruction of serious damage caused by the cage cage at the same place.
