Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a person who was in office as B from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2018, and the victim C was a reporter of the press and a person who holds office as the president of E Association. The Defendant filed a complaint against the victim as a crime of insult around December 26, 2017, and on June 22, 2018, the victim was prosecuted for non-detained as a crime of insult, etc., and the Defendant and the victim have a good appraisal as to each other.

1. On September 2018, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. (Defamation) drafted and posted a written statement on the I’s comments, “I would like to say that I would like to have the victim be present at this day and should not be punished by a trial,” which read, “I would like to pay the same as I would have already been paid by fine, I would like to have the attorney's expenses will have been expressed.
