Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 2010, the Defendant became aware of the fact that the victim was receiving KRW 1220 million of the bereaved family compensation from the victim who was killed in a special duty on October 2010, and was in custody by the victim, who was the victim of old age, who was a basic living recipient of old age, delivered milk to the victim C, and became his father, and that the victim would gather the victim as his father throughout his life.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 30 million won from the victim to the Saemaul Treasury account in the name of the Defendant’s father on the same day.
