Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 15:40 on December 4, 2013 to 16:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) visited a member of the 10th floor Cbuilding in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City from around 15:40 to around 16:30 on the same day, and obstructed the hospital business, such as the victim’s patient’s medical treatment and work, by force, by leaving the victim’s room (33 years of age) with the phrase “it has been carried out in 2007 a traffic accident in 207 as a plant, E has been carried out as simple and solid.”

In the date and time set forth in paragraph 1, the injured Defendant: (a) taken the cell phone image from the victim F to the country where the diagnosis room is located; (b) took a warning phone image from the victim F; and (c) took the answer in connection with the past case, and breaking the victim’s neck in one arms, and took the victim’s head at another hand, and inflicted injury on the victim, such as the right pelke, the pelke, the pelke, and the stopitis, etc., in need of treatment for about four weeks.
