Punishment of the crime

On August 7, 2016, at around 21:06, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 3 km from the front of the 21st century hospital to the front of the third day of the third day elementary school located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.142%.
